A quick blog over what happened to my Macritchie expedition... Well, it's suppose to be a super-natural hunting trip, So all could guess? :)
Well, it's pretty much a failure, But after all, we did got something. Though no pics here, Cos all Polaroid evidence is with Hiki.
Anyway, We started walking from Thomson Rd bus stop, Which is at around 6.30pm. We can't find the Shinto Shrine though. It's suppose to be somewhere slightly south from the east Axis from Jelutong Tower. Anyway, we miss our entrance. Also because of lack of equipments, We didn't go into the forest trails.
Anyway, continue. We continue walking from the tower, And after encountering some wider landscape of swamps, We came across a weird hut. It's a solid-wall hut, which looks a bit like cleaner's hut. But.... Think about it, Will a cleaner's hut be in the middle of a forest? Also a weird phenomenon is, Small pieces of mist sometimes flow past our torch, And camera picture show the presence of Astral Projection. Astral Projections are basically light orbs, which they floats/ flew past air, And they ARE suspected to be what we called "ghost".
Afterwards, I found the weird geographic features around the hut: There is NO WAY for human to approach that hut without sinking their foot into mud. It might be the geographical change due to time, But still, the flow of the water which caused a shallow river to block the hut... The source of the water is from the reservoir drain, So if the hut was in the way, They would have remove it, Correct?
The hut is also locked, And judging from the rust, It's at least been there for years. I tried kicking the door open, But well, it's still intact. Guess age doesn't really wear the door off yet.
Last thing bout the hut, We tried taking a Polaroid picture of the hut's door, And apparently, The bottom part of the door which suppose to be muddy, It's appearing as red in the picture.
Anyway, After we go on from that hut, There isn't much stuff to be found. Other than some presence felt at a drainage path.
We continued from there onwards, Following the path of drainage system for the reservoir, And ending up at a dead end. But the dead end pretty much is a good camping spot. Cool, wide & quiet.
Anyway, Also a casual remark: I found my friend Hina (Known as Wenzii at my blog link) In part of my group. Lol. Singapore is SMALL!!!
A cool ghost hunting trip, although pretty much considered as a failure. If there's a 2nd time, I'd go for it.
